This document provides information about the Permissions by user report screen, which displays all the profiles configured for Segura users. This document is important for understanding whether each user's privileges still comply with the company's access policy, whether the profile assignment is correct, and whether the right users are labeled with the appropriate profile, as the company expects.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Permissions > User management > Permissions by user.

Search fields

Report fields
The listing of records is formed by the user's name and the information in the fields below. For each record line next to the user's name, it is possible to access the Add user screen via the available button.

- Type.
- Description: text with the permission's description.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
