This document provides information about the Roles by user report screen, which displays all the roles configured for users in Segura. This document is important to understand if each user's privileges are still in accordance with your company's access policy and also if users can perform actions related to their permission level in the system as expected by the company and security.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Permissions > User management > Roles by user.

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |

ID | Text field | Filters by the unique identifier within Segura. |
User | Text field | Filters by the user's name in Segura. |
Role | Text field | Filters by the role assigned to the user. |
Type | Dropdown menu | Filter by the type of assigned role. |
Role status | Dropdown menu | Filters by the activation status of the role. The options are Enabled and Enabled. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
User status | Dropdown menu | Filters by the activation status of the user. The options are Enabled and Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
The listing of records is formed by the user's name and the information from the fields below. For each record line next to the user's name, you can access the Add user screen through the available button.
- ID.
- Type.
- Role.
- Description: Text with the description of the role.
- Status.
- Actions:
- Details: opens the Role details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
