This document provides information about the Schedule reports report screen, which displays a list of reports from all modules that have had schedules created for data export at regular intervals. For all Segura modules, a schedule can be created through the screen's actions menu.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Schedule reports.

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |

Name | Text field | Filters by the name of the scheduled report. |
Added on | Date picker | Filters by the scheduling's addition period. |
Added by | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who added the scheduling. |
Enabled | Dropdown menu | Filters by the activation status of the scheduling. Options are Yes and No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Name.
- User: number of users related to the scheduling.
- Reports: number of scheduled reports.
- Changed in: date and time of the last scheduling change.
- Changed by: name of the user who changed the scheduling.
- Added on.
- Added by: name of the user who added the scheduling.
- Enabled.
- Actions: the options presented here will vary according to the chosen record.
- Edit: opens the Schedule report form screen.
- Enable: enables the scheduling. In the pop-up, select yes to confirm the action.
- Disable: disables the scheduling. In the pop-up, select yes to confirm the action.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
