Icons

In the upper right corner, you have the following icons:

ItemDescription
Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a dropdown menu with possible actions for reports.
NewRepresented by the plus icon, it opens a pop-up window to request new access for a third-party user.
Print ReportRepresented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report

Search fields

ItemDescription
IDAccess identification code in the report. E.g. EXT-23-000487
VendorVendor related to the user.
UserUser’s name
E-mailUser’s email.
Start date/untilTime frame during the access started. Insert the initial date in the Start date field and the final date in the until field. Click the downward arrows to view a calendar.
End date/untilTime frame during the access ended. Insert the initial date in the End date field and the final date in the until field. Click the downward arrows to view a calendar.
StatusThe access status. The available options are Waiting approval, Approved, Rejected, Finished, Cancelled, and Error. If you click Clear, it displays the All option.
FilterButton to filter the results according to your chosen preferences.
ClearButton to clear the search fields.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Vendor.
  • User.
  • E-mail.
  • Start date.
  • End date.
  • Timezone.
  • Status.
  • Action: in this column, you have the following option:
    • Details: represented by a magnifying glass icon, it opens a pop-up window with details about the access request of the listed user.
