How to disable a private group

This document will guide you through a step-by-step process on how to disable a private group on MySafe.

Requirements

• An active private group. For more information, access the document on How to add a private group.

Deactivate a group

1. On senhasegura, in the top left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
2. In the side menu, select Access control > Private groups.
3. From the list, locate the group you want to deactivate.
4. In the Action column, click on Edit private group, represented by the pencil and paper icon.
5. On the Private groups screen, click Settings.
6. In the Settings tab, locate the Status* field.
7. Check Disable.
8. Click Save.

After you're done, you won't be able to share anything with the disabled private group. You can enable it again, if necessary.
