This document provides information on how to automate the lifecycle of a certificate by enabling automatic certificate renewal, ormarmart publication.
Requirements
- A valid certificate with a request generated from Segura.
Automate flow
To automate the flow, see the following steps:
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Certificates > SSL/TLS.
- In the desired certificate, click Actions > Automate flow.
- In the Renovation tab, enter the following information about renovation:
- In the Enable auto-renewal? field, select to auto-renewal the certificate.
- In the Renew in field, select when the certificate must be renewed. This field is only available when the Enable auto-renewal? field is selected.
- In the Days field, select how many days before, on, or after the certificate’s expiration the certificate must be renewed. This field is only available when the Enable auto-renewal? field is selected.
- Click Continue.
- In the Publishing tab, enter the following information about publishing:
- In the Enable automatic publication? field, select to auto-publish the certificate.
- In the Publishing profile? field, select the publishing profile.
- In the Publish on? field, select when the certificate must be published.
- In the Days for execution section, select which days the certificate must be published on.
- In the Periods for execution section, select the period when the certificate must be published.
- Click Continue.
- In the Review tab, review all information enter previously, and click Save.
The newly created automated certificate will appear on the Automated Certificates report screen.
