This document provides information on how to integrate Segura® Platform notifications with Microsoft Teams.
Requirements
- A Microsoft Teams account.
- An Azure bot created. More information in Use the Azure portal to Create an Azure Bot resource.
Integrate Microsoft Teams with Segura® Platform
After having your bot created and assigned to an application, go to your Azure application and obtain the Client ID, Client Secret and Tenant ID.

Optional: Send notifications for approvers and requesters
To send notifications for the approvers and requesters about changes in the approval workflow, you must enable the Microsoft Teams global system parameters. See the following steps:
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select System parameters > Global.
- In the Access control tab, go to the Notifications section.
- In the Notify requester of result of the request through: field, select Microsoft Teams.
- In the Notify approver of the new requests through: field, select Microsoft Teams.
- Click Save.
