This document provides information about the Audit logs report screen, which displays the operations users performed on Segura® Platform. Each record identifies the user, the role the user held, and the area of the module where the operation occurred. More information about modified entities and original records in Audit tracking.
Path to access
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Audit > Audit logs.

Search fields

| Origin | Text field | Filters by the area of the module where the operation occurred. |
| Execution period | Date picker | Filters by the audit execution period. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Role ID: identification code of the user's role.
- Role.
- User.
- Username.
- Operation.
- Origin.
- IP: IP address that performed the operation.
- Date/Time: date and time of the operation.
- Actions:
- Details: opens the Audit trail details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Audit trail details screen

| ID | Identification code of the execution. |
| Origin | Segura® module used to perform the change. |
| Operation | Description of the changes the user made. |
| User | Name and username of the user who performed the operation. |
| Date/Time | Date and time of the operation. |
| IP | IP address of the user's device that performed the change. |
| Entity type | Type of the changed entity. |
| Entity ID | Identification code of the entity. |
| Entity name | The entity's registered name. |
The report's fields will depend on the operation type. This section shows all changes, using the From/To model to show the original record and what changed.
