This document provides information about the SSL/TLS screen in the Certificates menu, which manages digital certificates and their related operations in the Certificate Manager.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Certificates > SSL/TLS.
Actions menu

Search fields
Item | Type | Description |

Certificate code | Text field | Filters certificates by their unique identification number. |
Request code | Text field | Filters certificates by the request identification number. |
Certificate authority | Text field | Filters certificates by the issuing certificate authority (CA). |
Common name | Text field | Filters certificates by the common name (CN) assigned to them. |
Origin | Dropdown menu | Filters the certificate by its origin. The options are: Scan and discovery, Request, and Manual import. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Expiration date | Date picker | Filters certificates by the expiration date. It allows selecting a specific date or defining a date range. |
Certificate status | Dropdown menu | Filters certificates by their current status. The options are: Valid, Revoked, Renovation required, and Expired. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Environments | Text field | Filters by the environment where the certificate is used. |
Systems | Text field | Filters by the system associated with the certificate. |
Projects | Text field | Filters products by the name of the certificate project. |
Responsible | Text field | Filters certificates by the responsible user. |
Status | Dropdown menu | Filters certificates by their activation state. The options are: Enabled and Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Has it a bond? | Dropdown menu | Filters certificates by their associated bonds. The options are: Yes or No. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report fields
- ID: certificate's ID.
- Certificate authority.
- Common name.
- Organization: certificate's associated organization.
- Valid until: certificate's expiration date.
- Validation type: certificate's validation type.
- Domain type: certificate's domain type.
- Tags: tags associated to the certificate.
- Certificate status.
- Origin.
- Devices: linked devices.
- Environments.
- Systems.
- Project.
- Responsible.
- Status.
- Actions:
- Certificate information: opens the Certificate information report screen.
- View Password Key: opens the View Password Key screen. This option is visible only on items with a password for the key.
- Publish certificate: opens the Publish certificate form screen.
- Link devices: opens the Link devices report screen.
- Revoke certificate: opens a pop-up message to confirm the deactivation.
- Renew certificate: opens the Renew certificate form screen.
- Request details: opens the SSL/TLS requests screen. This option is visible only on items with the Renewal requested status.
- Certificate renewal history: opens the Certificate renewal history report screen.
- Edit: opens the Edit certificates form screen to make the necessary changes. Visible only if the request needs signing.
- Disable: disable the registration on the confirmation screen and click Yes to confirm the action.
- Revocation details: opens the Revocation details screen. This option is visible only on items with the Revoked status.
- Automate flow: opens the Automations form screen.
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Add/Edit SSL/TLS certificates screen
This document provides information about the required fields to import an SSL/TLS certificate.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Certificates > SSL/TLS, and click Add.
Import certificate
Item | Type | Required | Description |

CSR file* | Upload field | Yes | Add a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) file is required to generate the certificate and contains essential information for the Certification authority. |
Key file | Upload field | No | Add a private key file is required for the certificate generation process. |
Key password | Text field | No | Enter a password to restrict access to the certificate. It can be up to 72 characters long, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and the symbols ! % @ # ^ * _ . |
Revocation password | Text field | No | Enter a password to revoke the certificate. It follows the same format as the Key password field. |
Certificate type* | Dropdown menu | Yes | Select the level of validation for the certificate. |
Renew certificate screen
This document provides information about the Renew certificate screen, which displays options for defining how the renewal request of an SSL/TLS certificate should be handled.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Certificates > SSL/TLS.
- In the selected record, click the Actions button and select Renew certificate.

View password screen
This section provides details about the View password key screen, which allows consulting the password associated with a certificate request. It includes information about the requester, request status, and tools for viewing, copying, and spelling out the password.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Certificate Manager.
- In the side menu, select Certificates > SSL/TLS.
- In the selected certificate, click in Actions button, and select View Password Key.
View password
This tab provides information related to the requested password.
Item | Description |

Requester | Displays the requester's name. |
Status | Displays the password status. |
Request | Displays the request ID. |
View password | Allows the user to view the password. Adjusts the contrast to display the password. |
Copy password | Copies the password to the clipboard. |
Spell password | Displays the password using the phonetic alphabet. |
View time key | After 30 seconds, the user is redirected to the SSL/TLS certificates report screen. |
